Description:
I was contracted by Derivative to develop an integration system between Bitwig and Touchdesigner, opening a wide variety of possibilities for audio-visual performances and installations. The project was largely motivated by the popularity of the existing TDAbleton System; the TDBitwig system was designed to emulate much of the same functionality while supporting another DAW. Development consisted of 2 parts, a controller extension in Bitwig and a corresponding component set in TouchDesigner.
